General Terms and Conditions bauma Camp for Online-Bookings

1. General
The following General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of all contracts concluded between the customer (hereinafter: camp guest) and the
TAGkonzept Event GmbH

2. Conclusion of the contract (binding booking)
By completing the online form, the camping guest offers the operator the conclusion of a camping contract. The camping contract is concluded with the confirmation of the booking system and the payment of the full fee in advance via Paypal. The camping guest is the contractual partner of the operator for his own bookings and those of third parties. It is not possible to transfer the booking. In order for the booking to take effect on arrival, the camping guest (contractual partner) must arrive.
There is no right to a certain pitch.
The stand may only be used by the number of persons registered. If fewer people arrive, a refund of the fees is not possible.
The house rules apply to the booking and the duration of the stay.
3. Fees
The following prices apply:
- Pitch 4x7 metres for a motorhome/caravan/vehicle/tent incl. 2 persons 60 €/night
- Pitch 7x10 metres for a motorhome/caravan/vehicle/tent incl. 2 persons € 85/night
- Power connection at the pitch € 5 / night
- Prices for additional persons
Adults: 19 € / night
Children (2-14 years): 12 € / night - Late Check-Out (until 20.00 o'clock):6 €
4. Arrival
The number of persons booked must be registered on arrival.
For this purpose, the confirmation of the online booking and the identity cards/passports of all users of the stand must be presented at check-in.
By registering, persons recognise the house rules.
5. Rebooking/cancellation
Rebookings (change of arrival and departure date) of effective contracts are generally possible without a legally binding claim by the camping guest. They only become effective upon written confirmation by the operator. Changes to bookings can be made up to 2 weeks before the opening of bauma Camping. A rebooking fee of €10 will be charged for this.
The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the holiday. The cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation costs will be charged:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: € 25 cancellation fee per booking
- Cancellation 29 to 10 days before arrival: € 50 cancellation fee per booking; for bookings with a booking price up to EUR 100, € 25 cancellation fee applies
- Cancellation 9 days to the day of arrival: the full fees are due for payment
In the event of no-show without notice of cancellation, late arrival, curtailment or early departure, the contractual fee must be paid in full. The fees paid will not be refunded.
If the camping site is not utilised by the camping guest without consultation with the operator, the operator has the option of renting the site to another party. There is no obligation to do so.
Furthermore, the operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, in particular if force majeure or other circumstances for which the operator is not responsible make fulfilment of the contract impossible.
6. Other agreements
Subsidiary agreements, information provided by telephone and other assurances require written confirmation in order to be valid. In all other respects, the statutory provisions shall apply.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich.
