(hereinafter: operator)
By filling out the online form, the camping guest offers the operator the conclusion of a camping contract. The camping contract is concluded with the confirmation of the booking system and the payment of the full fee in advance via Paypal. The camping guest is the contractual partner of the operator for his own bookings and those of third parties. It is not possible to transfer the booking. In order for the booking to take effect on arrival, the camping guest (contractual partner) must arrive.
There is no entitlement to a specific pitch.
The pitch may only be used by the number of persons registered. If fewer people arrive, it is not possible to refund the fees or cancel the trade fair tickets.
The house rules apply to the booking and the duration of the stay.
The following prices apply:

Rebookings (changes to arrival and departure dates) of valid contracts are generally possible without any legally binding claim on the part of the camping guest. They only become effective upon written confirmation from the operator. Rebookings can be made up to two weeks before the opening of Interforst Camping. A rebooking fee of €10 will be charged.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees will be charged:
In the event of non-arrival without notice, late arrival, shortened or early departure, the contractual fee must be paid in full. The fees paid will not be refunded. The vouchers for the trade fair tickets will not be canceled and will remain valid, i.e. admission to the trade fair can still be made via the tickets.
If the camping site is not used by the camping guest without consultation with the operator, the operator has the option of renting the site to another party. There is no obligation to do so.
Furthermore, the operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, in particular if force majeure or other circumstances for which the operator is not responsible make it impossible to fulfill the contract.
Collateral agreements, telephone information and other assurances require written confirmation to be effective. In all other respects, the statutory provisions shall apply.
