General Terms and Conditions f.re.e Camp for Online-Bookings

1. General
The following General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of all contracts concluded between the customer (hereinafter: camp guest) and the
TAGkonzept Event GmbH

2. Conclusion of the contract (binding booking)
By filling out the online form, the camper offers the operator the conclusion of a camping contract. The camping contract comes into effect with the confirmation of the booking system and the payment of the full fee in advance via Paypal. The camper is the contractual partner of the operator for his own bookings and those of third parties. It is not possible to transfer the booking. In order for the booking to become effective upon arrival, the camper (contracting party) must arrive.
There is no right to a certain pitch.
The house rules are valid for the booking and the time of the stay.
3. Fees
The following prices apply:
- Pitch for a camper/caravan/vehicle/tent: 32 € / night
- Electricity connection at the pitch: plus 5 € / night
- Late Check-Out (until 20.00 o'clock): 7 €
4. Arrival
Upon arrival, a registration of the number of persons is to be carried out.
For this purpose, a stand registration form is to be filled out at the check-in by all users of the stand and the identity cards/passports are to be presented.
With the registration of the persons, they accept the house rules.
5. Rebooking/cancellation
Rebookings (change of arrival and departure date) of effective contracts are possible in principle without a legally binding claim of the camping guest. They become effective only with written confirmation of the operator. Rebookings can be made up to 2 weeks before the opening of f.re.e Camping. A rebooking fee of 10 € will be charged for this.
The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees will be charged:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 25 € cancellation fee per booking
- Cancellation 29 to 10 days before arrival: 50 € cancellation costs per booking; for bookings with a booking price up to EUR 100, 25 € cancellation costs will be charged
- Cancellation 9 days to day of arrival: full fees are due for payment
In case of no-show without cancellation notice, late arrival, shortening or early departure, the contractual fee is payable in full. There will be no refund of the paid fees.
In case of non-use of the pitch by the campsite guest without agreement with the operator, the operator has the possibility to rent the pitch to another party. There is no obligation to do so.
Furthermore, the operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract extraordinarily for factually justified reasons, especially if force majeure or other circumstances beyond the operator's control make the fulfillment of the contract impossible.
6. Other agreements
Additional agreements, telephone information and other assurances, require written confirmation to be effective. In all other respects the legal regulations apply.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich.
