Accessibility statement

The aim of TAGkonzept Event GmbH is to make their websites accessible in accordance with the Bavarian Digital Regulation (BayDiV).

This accessibility statement (as of 25 July 2025) applies to www.tagkonzept.com and the associated booking pages.

Status of compliance with requirements

The website is largely compliant with the applicable accessibility regulations.

We are working to continuously improve the accessibility of the website. It currently still has accessibility deficits in the following areas:

  • Not all infographics have been provided with alternative text.
  • Due to booking-specific criteria, the date selection on the booking page is currently not yet fully accessible. Individual dates can currently only be blocked via this type of control panel when capacity has been reached. We therefore use this type of date selection on the booking page.

If a date picker is available it can be controlled using the following keyboard commands:

  • PAGE UP: Switch to the previous month
  • PAGE DOWN: Switch to the next month
  • CTRL + PAGE UP: Switch to the previous year
  • CTRL + PAGE DOWN: Switch to the next year
  • CTRL + HOME: Open date selection if closed
  • CTRL/COMMAND + HOME: Switch to the current month
  • CTRL/COMMAND + LEFT: Switch to the previous day
  • CTRL/COMMAND + RIGHT: Switch to the next day
  • CTRL/COMMAND + UP: Switch to the previous week
  • CTRL/COMMAND + DOWN: Switch to the next week
  • ENTER key: Select the focused date
  • CTRL/COMMAND + END: Delete date and close control panel
  • ESCAPE: Close control panel without selection

The booking page can be controlled using the following keyboard commands:

  • TAB: Move to the next control panel
  • SPACE BAR: Select control panel
  • LEFT/RIGHT ARROW KEYS: Select gender

The accessibility assessment is based on the Google Chrome Accessibility Analysis and a self-assessment using the criteria of the BITV and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
